All You Need To Know

Can I return the vehicle early?

Yes. However, all rental sales are final. You will be charged the full agreed upon amount.

Can I extend my rental?

You are only allowed to extend your rental if the vehicle does not have any proceeding bookings. You'll need to reach out to DG Luxury Auto (info@DgLuxuryAuto.com) to schedule the extension and receive confirmation of availability.

Are there any extra fees?

Smoking Fee: $350+

There is a minimum of $350 fee for smoking in each/any of the Vehicles. Other fees may be assessed depending on the damage caused by the smoke to the Vehicle. Any damages caused by the client or accompanying passengers, interior or exterior, is the sole responsibility of the client. All costs for damage created by client and accompanying passengers will be paid for in full by client with the credit card provided.

 

Cleaning Fee: $350+

There is a minimum of $350 fee for any excessive dirt, throw up, stains, or spills, etc. All costs for damage created by client and accompanying passengers will be paid for in full by client with the credit card provided.

 

Tolls and Speeding/Parking Tickets:

All costs created by client and accompanying passengers will be paid for in full by client with the credit card provided.

Gas Fee: $40+

Return vehicle with at least the same amount of gas as when rented or a $40+ charge will be asses and charged to the card provided.

Late Fee:

Return the vehicle no later than the specified time. If you return the vehicle late you can be subject to a late fee at the daily rate of the vehicle rented. 15-30 minute grace period. 

How long in advance do I need to book a vehicle?

All bookings require 24 hour notice.
